Our Manufacturing Services
CNC Machining: 5-axis milling, 3-axis milling, CNC turning, Swiss lathe turning, wire EDM, sinker EDM, and precision surface grinding. We handle complex geometries with tolerances as tight as ±0.005mm.
3D Printing & Additive Manufacturing: Stereolithography (SLA) for high-detail prototypes, Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) for durable nylon parts, Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) for production-grade components, Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) for cost-effective prototyping, and Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS) for functional metal parts.
Sheet Metal Fabrication: Laser cutting, waterjet cutting, CNC punching, CNC bending/press brake forming. We process sheets from 0.5mm to 25mm thickness in various metals.
Injection Molding: Rapid mold prototyping, production injection molding, overmolding, and insert molding for plastic components in quantities from 100 to 100,000+ parts.
